Field day was held at the Ice Age Center near New Auburn and went very well this year. Set-up went very smoothly due to all the preparation with the towers and rotors. There were 22 hams that attended and many guests that walked through. We operated in the 2A class and made 634 QSO’s. We made 33 CW contacts and 601 phone contacts for a total of 667 QSO points.

We claimed 600 bonus points this year. They came from: 100% Emergency Power, Media Publicity, being set up in a public place, Information Booth, NTS message to ARRL SM/SEC, and for using Solar Power. Our claimed score of 1,334 plus 600 bonus points gives us a score of 1,934.
